Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a variety of construction projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Extensive experience in consultancy, design, development, and construction project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the built environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• You will ideally have one or be working towards one of the following qualifications: MRICS, MCIOB, APMP, PRINCE2
