Job Description

A leading medical education agency is growing their project management team and are keen to recruit an ambitious Associate Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in events or project coordination in medical communications looking to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be supporting the delivery of high quality virtual and on-site events, working closely with internal teams and healthcare professionals to produce engaging educational content.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Coordinating the production of filmed content such as webinars, interviews and roundtable discussions
  • Liaising with internal teams (marketing, AV, editorial etc) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Managing relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Ensuring timelines, budgets, and project scopes are met with precision and professionalism.

About you:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in events coordination or junior project management
  • Background in medical communications, events or related agency environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Degree level education ideal, or equivalent experience
