What you'll need to succeed

You should be a proven Project Manager with a Chartered background (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, APM, etc.) with experience overseeing medium-sized projects. Strong communication skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities are essential to foster strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles. You should be the point of contact for clients and demonstrate commercial awareness and flexibility, willing to be adaptable in the office and on-site.
