Job Description

Due to the continued success and expansion of the Data Centre Team in the UK, we are interested in speaking with Associate and Project Directors (Cost Management) with a proven background in the sector. Your track record will have seen you manage large-scale, complex projects in Data Centres.

You will be self-motivated, driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 consultancy for Hi-Tech construction projects across EMEA.

EXPERIENCE

  • > 10 years’ experience managing Data Centre or similar projects
  • Established network with the industry supply chain
  • Strong and current understanding of European design / code requirements and industry trends
  • Proven track record managing large projects and/or programmes of work
  • Experienced in various methods of procurement and forms of contract
  • Multilingual candidates preferred but not essential (German advantageous) – with excellent communication skills, in person and written

Qualifications

Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering;
Professional memberships desirable.
