The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) invites applications for an ambitious academic role in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Candidates must have a PhD degree and preferably postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in Applied Mathematics or Statistics, and excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience of supervising PhD and Master students, and successful acquisition of external research funding is essential.

The post will initially be offered on a fixed term contract with the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China for a period of 5 years starting September 2027. This contract may be extended by mutual agreement.
