Qualifications

• 1–4 years PQE or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Strong grounding in litigation with an understanding of insurance contexts.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and ability to work with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims, including coverage issues.
• Deliver high-quality, timely outputs to clients and maintain service levels.
• Contribute to development and improvement of team processes and client service.
• Demonstrate firm values with client-focused approach.
• Capture and present required management information for clients.
