What you will do:

• You will get to the heart of our internal and external customers problems.
• You will champion the ‘what’ and the ‘why’.
• You will deliver value through discovering, defining and delivering products that achieve product-market fit.
• You will find the balance between business and user needs to build commercially successful products that users love.
• You will start small, iterate and then scale your products.
• You will collaborate with our other functions (including design, development and sales) and actively contribute to a culture that is true to our values.
• You will be supported by experienced product managers.

You are:

• Empathetic - you take the time to understand what drives other team members, what motivates them and how to achieve mutual objectives
• Humble - you actively seek feedback and feel comfortable providing it to others. You are not overly influenced by organisational hierarchy
• Motivated – you are excited by what you do, and you bring an enthusiasm to your job
• Adaptable - you are comfortable re-evaluating your view when presented with contrasting facts and your opinions

What you definitely need:

• Experience in product discovery and stakeholder management.
• Proven Product Lifecycle Management (Using Agile Methodologies).
• A commercial mindset.
• Natural curiosity and an eagerness to learn.

What you might also have:

• Experience within Tax and Finance.
• Experience in something totally unrelated that offers a unique perspective.
• Experience in defining product roadmaps, product vision and strategy.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma and Pendo.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in Product Marketing/Operations/Sales.
