Job summary

London Stock Exchange is hiring an Associate Product Manager as part of the Enterprise AI initiative to support strategy, roadmap and delivery of foundational platform capabilities enabling secure, scalable and governed AI expansion across LSEG’s product portfolio.

This early-career PM role offers exposure to a broad range of platform and enablement areas, collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Engineering or IS or equivalent experience.
• Experience in product management or related field is desirable.
• Experience with software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for LSEG’s Enterprise AI Platform in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own product direction for one or more platform capability areas (platform services, developer tooling, governance).
• Participate in hands-on frontier AI products, prototyping and customer validation.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities and track delivery blockers.
• Maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services for AI product development.
• Support adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling across teams.
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk to ensure compliance with policies and Responsible AI standards.
• Engage with product teams to gather requirements and prioritize roadmaps.
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption and developer experience.
• Coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers on platform initiatives.
• Contribute to Enterprise AI strategy and foundation delivery.

• As part of LSEG Enterprise AI, we are hiring an Associate Product Manager to support the strategy, roadmap and delivery of foundational platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable and governed AI expansion across LSEG’s product portfolio
• This is a great opportunity for an early-career product manager to develop their craft across a broad range of platform and enablement areas, supporting LSEG teams to build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform
• Supports the definition of vision, strategy and roadmap for LSEG’s Enterprise AI Platform, working closely with stakeholders including product managers & engineering teams
• Assists in owning product direction for one or more platform capability areas (e.g. platform services, developer tooling, agent capabilities, governance and enablement), as assigned
• Participate in hands-on frontier AI products, prototyping, building and validating with customers
• Partners with Engineering to help deliver secure, scalable and reliable platform capabilities, tracking delivery progress and surfacing blockers
• Helps maintain platform standards, documentation and reusable services that support AI product development across LSEG
• Supports adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling, including gathering feedback from internal teams and users
• Works with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk teams to help ensure platform features comply with enterprise policies and Responsible AI standards
• Engages with product teams across LSEG to gather requirements, document use cases and support roadmap prioritisation
• Helps define and track success metrics for platform adoption, operational performance and developer experience
• Assists in coordinating with industry partners and cloud providers on specific platform initiatives
• Contributes to LSEG’s Enterprise AI strategy by supporting delivery of foundational platform capabilities
