Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including legal, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and inform feature definitions with market and user feedback.
• Shape product vision and roadmaps to align with strategic goals.
• Evaluate data and analytics to select best-fit digital solutions and AI/workflow automation opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle with clear requirements and sprint inputs/outputs.
• Plan pilots/rollouts with measurable success criteria and stakeholder alignment.
• Build deep relationships with delivery partners across Technology, Design, Operations and Control functions.
