Odicci is an award-winning gamification platform used by retail brands including JD Sports, ASDA, and Michael Kors to deliver playful, engaging, data-driven customer experiences. From quizzes and scratch cards to seasonal campaigns, our platform helps marketers drive loyalty, acquisition, and fun.

We are now taking our mission further by bringing Odicci to the Shopify ecosystem — and we are looking for an entrepreneurial Associate Product Manager (APM) Intern to lead the way.

The Role

As Product Manager Intern, you will own the Odicci Shopify App experience end-to-end. You will act as the central point of coordination between product, support, marketing, and user feedback, helping us build the most successful gamification app on the Shopify App Store.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who is passionate about product ownership, experimentation, and making a measurable impact.

You will report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with UX, development, customer success, marketing, and the executive team to identify growth opportunities for our Shopify channel, build and execute a roadmap, and develop a deliver a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Shopify app listing, including app description, screenshots, tags, categories, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Track and report on key app metrics: downloads, reviews, retention, and uninstalls
Support early users of the app and coordinate resolution of any bugs or technical issues
Gather feedback from merchants to improve user onboarding, usability, and overall experience
Plan and execute small-scale experiments (e.g. A/B tests on messaging, referral incentives, UI improvements)
Coordinate testing cycles with internal and external stakeholders
Own app support documentation and respond to merchant queries via Shopify’s partner console
Monitor and respond to app reviews to build a strong reputation and trust

Who You Are

A student or recent graduate in Product Management, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and highly organised
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating projects across teams
Curious about gamification, eCommerce, and user behaviour
Familiar with Shopify, app marketplaces, or product-led growth strategies is a plus
Bonus if you have experience using analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, or Hotjar
