You will join us as our new Senior Associate Product Manager here at Product Madness. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and optimization of an existing mobile game, where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top Product Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and help deliver features that maximize engagement, retention, and monetization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build their product management career in the gaming industry.

This role is suitable for someone at the beginning of their career or looking to transition into a product manager role. Prior experience in the gaming industry is not required, but a passion for gaming is essential. This is a junior-level role where guidance, support, and training will be provided to help you succeed in your career.

What You'll Do

  • Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, including its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.
  • Assist in converting ideas into detailed concepts, test them with users, and help decide on their implementation—often owning features/optimizations from ideation to delivery.
  • Learn to create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for new product features and content.
  • Gather and analyze player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, artists, and engineers to prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Learn to define, measure, and analyze KPIs, and base your decisions on metrics.
  • Perform systematic A/B testing (split testing).
  • Continuously optimize features post-launch to enhance engagement and monetization.

What We're Looking For

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A passion for the products you create, with a creative mindset.
  • Some experience in a digital product environment is preferred.
  • An interest in the gaming industry.
