Role Overview:
This role involves conducting experimental investigations to drive downstream process development of emerging drug candidates, supporting reagents, and establishing production processes for manufacturing and clinical development. Protein purification is central to this role, requiring an understanding of protein characteristics, chromatography, separation techniques, and analytical assessments such as SDS-PAGE and HPLC. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, eager to learn and develop in downstream process development, with robust record-keeping and reporting skills.
