We are looking for an Associate Practitioner to join our care team in our modern nursing home.

Working under the leadership and direction of Registered Nurses, you will deliver holistic, person-centered care and contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ needs. We are seeking individuals who genuinely care for others and want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

In this role, you will perform clinical activities and nursing care as deemed competent and delegated by the Registered Nurse. You will also maintain accurate records on all residents to ensure documentation meets established standards.

Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • An Associate Practitioner relevant degree or equivalent
  • Active NMC registration
  • Experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control, and pressure area care
  • A caring nature with a personal approach
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice
  • A warm, approachable, respectful, and engaging personality
