Senior Town Planner / Associate Director
Private Planning Consultancy | Sheffield
Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an experienced Town Planner ready for the next step? Or an Associate Director looking for a fresh challenge in a dynamic, growing consultancy?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected planning consultancy based in Sheffield. The Opportunity
As a key member of the team, you'll:
·Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects from start to finish
·Provide expert planning advice to clients in both the private and public sectors
·Take ownership of complex applications, appeals, and strategic planning matters
·Liaise with developers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders
·Contribute to business development and play a vital role in the firm's ongoing growth
What We're Looking For
·MRTPI qualified, or actively working towards it
·Strong planning experience within consultancy or local authority
·Proven ability to manage complex planning work and deliver results
·Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
·Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
