Your responsibilities:

1. Work closely with investment teams to collect, validate, and analyze performance data for top-tier real estate funds.
2. Benchmark fund and asset performance against industry indices and peers, providing insights that drive investment decisions.
3. Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Python, or Alteryx.
4. Support investor reporting, RFPs, and special projects that shape our business strategy.
5. Help embed best-in-class performance measurement practices across our EMEA teams.

Requirements:

• Some experience in commercial real estate, ideally with a fund manager or investment team.
• Strong analytical skills and a knack for working with data; experience with PowerBI, Python, RStudio, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Understanding of investment performance metrics, including time-weighted and money-weighted returns.
• Degree in property, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Additional languages (especially German or French) are a plus.
