The British Museum is seeking two Associate People Partners to join our People & Culture team in London. You will manage complex employee relations casework, advise managers, and support organisational change and workforce planning.

You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver fair, people-centred outcomes while balancing risks and maintaining positive relationships. In this role you’ll use data to spot issues, propose improvements, and contribute to the continuous development of our People
