This position falls under our Payments line of business and is located in the UK. In this role, you will support the accurate and timely execution of client payments while gaining exposure to a broad range of payment workflows. You will work closely with experienced colleagues across the Payments and Treasury function to ensure processes are completed efficiently and in line with established controls. You will report directly to the Payments Operations leadership team and regularly collaborate with Treasury Operations, Client Services, and other internal teams.# # **What you'll be doing****How We Work**As an **Associate Payments Analyst**, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:* Assigned workspace in the UK office - The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1AF* Company-issued equipment* Formal, hands-on training* Support and guidance from senior team members**Role Responsibilities**The responsibilities of the role will include:* Supporting the accurate and timely processing of payment instructions.* Processing incoming and outgoing payments in line with internal procedures.* Ensuring payment activities are completed in compliance with client requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.* Developing knowledge across a range of payment workflows and end-to-end payment processes.* Working closely with Treasury Operations, Client Services, and internal stakeholders to support client transactions.* Investigating and resolving payment-related queries in a timely and professional manner.* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and external counterparties.* Escalating payment issues or exceptions as appropriate.* Taking ownership of personal development by learning from senior team members.* Supporting a high standard of service delivery, accuracy, and risk management.**Qualifications & Skills*** 0-2+ years of experience in payments, finance, treasury, banking operations, or financial services is preferred.* Fresh graduates will also be considered.* Degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.* Exposure to FX, Finance, Payments, or Treasury is beneficial but not mandatory.* Strong numerical and analytical skills.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Strong time management and organizational skills.* Good communication skills with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders.* Proactive, diligent, adaptable, and willing to learn.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* Team player with a strong commitment to learning and development.* Comfortable working in a hybrid model with only one work-from-home day per week.**Pay Transparency**The salary range for this position is **£35,000 - £38,000 gross per year**, depending on experience. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications.
