Job summary

St Peter’s Watford is seeking an Associate Pastor to join their friendly church family. The post may be filled as one full-time appointment or two part-time roles, with responsibilities shared accordingly.

The chosen candidate will help lead worship, discipleship and outreach across the church community. The church meets on Sundays with two services and runs three key missional activities during the week and monthly, aiming to grow as a welcoming, intergenerational hub within the parish.

St Peter’s Watford intends to recruit either one full time Associate Pastor or two part time Associate Pastors. Responsibilities would be divided between the roles with a particular focus on Worship & Discipleship and Community & Outreach.

We are a warm, friendly and hospitable church family with two services on a Sunday and three key missional activities running throughout the week and monthly.
