Job Summary

Manages assigned customer accounts, supports and manages sales activities via OEC’s Collision parts program. Maintains relationships, oversees the sales process, and acts as a point of contact for allocated customers. Secures commitments from repairers to engage in the program, which supports Vehicle Manufacturers in the sale of genuine parts. Maintains knowledge of OEM parts catalogues and industry intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes rapport and maintains relationships with collision repair parts and/or service personnel (typically a parts manager) through phone and email contact within assigned accounts.
  • Educates repairers and dealer contacts about the PartsBrokerDirect service and benefits, emphasizing increased revenues for the dealership.
  • Ensures consistent communication to increase revenues through strong relationships, data analysis, and performance coaching.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry programs and the value proposition of the brokering service.
  • Uses OEC's customer database to maintain call records and validate customer information.
  • Manages sales within a territory and supports team performance under guidance.
  • Secures commitment from dealership contacts to enroll in OEC’s systems/programs and ensures smooth transition from enrollment to hand-off.
  • Participates in call campaigns, including customer service, training, and marketing calls.
  • Increases parts sales through repairer and dealer engagement.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience related to the role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer databases and Microsoft Office.
