We are seeking an ambitious Associate Partner / Partner Level Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client in Lancashire. Someone who will hopefully help lead and shape their dynamic team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to ultimately progress to become an Equity Partner and fully profit from the Practice's success.

The successful candidate will work both independently as an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, but also manage a team of Chartered/Non Chartered staff, technicians, and sub-consultants working on both longstanding frameworks and one-off instructions.

The role will also involve actively securing and managing additional instructions from both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Full duties of an experienced commercial Chartered Building Surveyor.
2. Managing a team.
3. Working as the client lead on projects and programmes.
4. Assisting in the management of the company as a whole, including finance, marketing, etc.

Required qualifications and skills:

1. MRICS or FRICS.
2. Experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with in-depth private sector experience or experience in commercial, education, industrial sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of CDM and the Building Safety Act.
4. Working knowledge of BIM would be preferable.
5. Proven experience in working at a senior management level.
6. IT proficient and competent in the use of industry/business-related software and tools such as NBS, AutoCAD, and SAGE.
7. Full UK driving license.
