The Role
As Associate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and strategic growth of the firm. You will oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service, while contributing to the development of the practice's services, client base, and internal talent.

Your Key Responsibilities as the Associate Partner:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest standards of technical and advisory support.
  • Lead and inspire a team of qualified and part-qualified professionals.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and securing new client opportunities.
  • Oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory work, maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with fellow Partners on strategic planning, operational improvements, and service innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and professional standards.
To be Considered for the role of Associate Partner:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and business advisory services.
  • Proven track record in managing a client portfolio and delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
