As a remote-first organization, the cliché of being a self-starter applies. The ability to get the job done, whilst knowing when to ask for help, is crucial. We have a great resource and operations function, leaving you to focus on sales and recruiting, so this must be the part of the job you enjoy and are good at.
If you think your career should be measured in more meaningful ways than KPIs, or you’re fed up with the transactional nature of recruiting, then get in touch. This is an important hire for us, and we’re keen to make it work for the right person.
