Job summary

Titan Wealth Planning (TWP), a Titan Wealth subsidiary, is seeking an Associate Paraplanner to join our paraplanning team in Newcastle. You will support advisers, prepare technical research for suitability reports, and help progress cases efficiently within a structured environment.

This role offers a clear development pathway toward full paraplanner/advising status, a collaborative culture focused on quality, and hybrid working with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
• Working towards Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning or QCF Level 4.
• Experience with Intelligent Office is advantageous.
• Experience in Financial Services administration or similar environment.
• Experience with IT systems supporting this service.

Responsibilities

• Undertake technical research to support suitability reports.
• Produce basic report writing and documentation to a high standard.
• Liaise with Advisers and Client Support to ensure information is complete.
• Review files for compliance, accuracy and actionability.
• Support paraplanning team with case preparation and workflow.
• Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and internal processes.
