Associate or Senior Solicitor - Commercial Property

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s team in Maidstone. The role involves advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and real estate finance. You will manage a loyal, established client base alongside senior Partners.

This position offers direct client responsibility from day one, mentorship from top-tier Partners, and a clear pathway for career progression based on merit.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a variety of commercial property transactions
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Providing legal advice and support on property matters

Candidate Requirements:

• Approximately 4+ years of PQE, but open to exceptional candidates at all levels
• Strong technical skills in commercial property law
• Enjoys building client relationships
• Motivated, commercially minded team player
