A leading environmental consultancy is seeking an Associate or Principal Ecologist to manage ecological projects and mentor a growing team. The role involves overseeing ecological aspects in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, offering a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development.
SLR has an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Principal level Ecologist, ideally based near one of our regional offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will play a key role in undertaking and delivering a range of projects within Renewables/Power, Energy Infrastructure and Built Environment in a leading team of over 200 Ecologists across the UK and Europe.

About you
With a passion for ecology, drive to deliver high quality work and for assisting the career development of other ecological professionals, you’ll use your ecological specialism in a range of different areas of ecological consultancy practice. With an ability to lead and mentor others in your chosen specialism, you’ll also have experience of business development, client and project management.
