Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare financial reports, support budgeting, and help meet financial goals.
  • Evaluate target companies and assist in due diligence processes.
  • Help establish internal controls and coordinate audits.
  • Support administration of equity plans and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Identify fiscal incentives and assist in intercompany financial strategies.

  • Fiscal optimization: Assist in identifying fiscal incentives and designing intercompany strategies.
