Join Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as an Associate Nurse Director

A key role that will help shape the continued success of a leading NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, and innovative nurse leader to join our team. The post holder will be accountable to the Nurse Director for Haematology and Specialised Cancer Services (HaSC) and Specialised Medicine and Rehabilitation (SMR) Care Groups. They will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership, representing nursing within the services of the Specialised Medicine and Rehabilitation Care Group.

Attributes should include proven leadership skills and the ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment. Candidates must have experience working effectively in a complex, multidisciplinary hospital setting and contribute to performance management within financial and resource constraints.

Passion for nursing, service development, and evidence-based clinical practice is essential. Applicants should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead, influence, negotiate, and inspire positive change to deliver high-quality patient care and experience.
