Associate, ML Data Operations, GO-AI Operations

This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers, supporting Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams through real-time & offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution of this team is maintaining inventory accuracy in fulfillment centers.

An Associate in this role reviews videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, understanding the content thoroughly. They use human judgment combined with tools to interpret the activity captured in the videos, verifying or marking product locations to ensure high accuracy. This operational role involves performing precise video/image audits to aid defect reduction, under general supervision.

Key job responsibilities

1. Watch several hundred videos per shift, providing responses focused on accuracy, speed, and adherence to best practices. Maintain 6.8 to 7 hours of active work per day, taking scheduled breaks.
2. If working from home, maintain a dedicated workspace with appropriate furniture and lighting, and ensure work-related data is protected from access by others.

Candidate expectations

A day in the life

Associates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, typically 9 hours including breaks. Shift timings may change every 3-4 months based on business needs. Night shift allowances are provided as per Amazon policy.

Weekly offs are scheduled as two consecutive days, which may not be Saturday and Sunday, depending on business discretion.

About the team

The Data Auditing Operations team provides human oversight to support automated processes in Amazon Fulfillment facilities. They review short videos (15-20 seconds) to verify stored products, using human judgment to enhance process effectiveness and maintain stow quality. Performance evaluations and coaching are part of ongoing improvement efforts.
