Magheralin Parish is a vibrant, evangelical Church of Ireland parish with an exciting vision to grow deep in faith and reach wide into our community.

The Associate Minister will be part of the parish staff team, working in partnership with Simon, the Rector and the Dollingstown Associate Minister to build a healthy multi-site church.

You will take primary responsibility for leading evangelism, discipleship, pastoral care, and congregational growth in Magheralin. A key focus of this role will be leading our relatively new and growing 10.00AM Daybreak service, whilst also serving at the 11.30AM Sunday morning service. We have an ambitious vision to significantly grow these morning congregations.

You will also be involved in the 6.30PM service and events in Dollingstown to maintain a strong connection across the wider parish family.We seek someone with a passion for Jesus and the gospel, a commitment to charismatic renewal, and an eagerness to engage with the training and networks of New Wine Ireland.

The successful candidate will lead a comprehensive outreach and discipleship strategy, and seek to "equip the saints for the work of ministry" (Ephesians 4:12) by developing leaders, overseeing our pastoral care network, and integrating newcomers.

While we have a preference for an ordained candidate, we welcome both lay and ordained applicants with proven leadership experience, and who are willing to continue in ongoing ministerial development. This is a full-time position requiring a person of considerable enthusiasm, energy, and wisdom, who can provide inspirational leadership and partner closely with our wider staff team to integrate families into worship and launch new compassion ministries.
