Finatal is working in partnership with a mid-market private equity firm that has recently closed its latest fund. The firm specialises in investing in high-growth companies within the technology and artificial intelligence sectors. Its investment strategy is underpinned by a commitment to integrating ESG principles throughout the process, with a strong focus on fostering responsible growth and promoting financial inclusion.

Experience:

You will bring 2+ years of professional experience from an investment bank, with a focus on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. You will have a proven track record in financial modelling, business analysis, or deal execution, supported by a relevant academic background. Additionally, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for entrepreneurship, investment, and the technology landscape.

Responsibilities:

• You will contribute to the preparation of industry research and market intelligence, actively helping to identify emerging opportunities.
• You will deliver thoughtful analysis and insights on potential investments, assisting the team in assessing their feasibility.
• You will build and refine financial models, test underlying assumptions, and articulate clear investment theses.
• You will play a role in supporting and coordinating various aspects of the due diligence process.
• You will be involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from initial assessment through to deal completion.
