Job summary

Eden Brown represents a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in London seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead the delivery of complex building services projects. Salary circa £85,000 DOE | London.

The role offers ownership of projects, leadership of client relationships, mentorship of engineers, and a key part in the strategic development of the mechanical team. Flexible hybrid working and a clear path to director level are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong UK consultancy experience within Building Services.
• Proven experience leading mechanical design projects.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and project management capability.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams.
• Chartered status would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and delivery of multiple projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Oversee project programmes, resources, and technical delivery.
• Review and sign off engineering designs and reports.
• Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers.
• Support business development and fee proposal activities.
• Collaborate with directors and senior stakeholders on growth strategies.
