iO Associates in Reading is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join a growing MEP team. You’ll lead mechanical building services design from concept through detailed design, manage project delivery, and build strong client relationships while supporting and developing junior engineers.

This role offers real ownership: you’ll be leading mechanical design and running project teams, not just producing calculations or drawings.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage both projects and people.
• Working towards IEng/CEng.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• SC clearance is advantageous.
