Job Description:

My client based in Hampshire is a consultancy looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their team. Ideally, this will be someone who would like to progress to Partner — great scope for career progression! They work on projects across multiple sectors with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and quality — delivered on time and within budget. This is a close-knit, supportive team looking for the right person to join and develop the team further.

You should be degree qualified and ideally industry recognized or at least working towards this standard. You will be someone with experience, drive, and a desire to further your career within the Building Services industry. This role is not for a junior team member; it is for someone who has experience and is seeking longevity and challenge within their role. You will be responsible for mentoring junior members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Projects include commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, retail, and residential sectors.

In return, you will receive a basic salary commensurate with your skills and experience, alongside other benefits:

  • Training and development
  • Company days
