Attention all Associate Mechanical Design Engineers!

We are looking for an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well–established engineering Consultancy in Oxford, who have an excellent benefits system, including a 9–day fortnight!

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of education, healthcare, defence and commercial projects whilst leading an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

–Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future opportunities.

–Lead large–scale projects, serving as the main client contact and coordinating all disciplines.

–Define project briefs, ensure profitable delivery, and manage quality and risk.

–Oversee and prioritise team workload, effectively delegating and reviewing work.

–Support team development through mentoring and building high–performing teams.

What we are looking for:

–Proven experience as a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer delivering complex projects.

–Strong knowledge of mechanical services, including HVAC systems.

–Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiar with relevant British Standards.

–Effective communicator with experience in multidisciplinary, consultancy environments.
