A leading company is seeking an Associate Marketing Specialist to support its Field Marketing team in delivering integrated campaigns. This modern marketer role requires 1-3 years of B2B tech experience, focusing on digital channels and campaign coordination, and offers a collaborative work environment with competitive benefits.
We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Specialist – Field Marketing (Integrated Campaigns, ABM & Events) for our UKI region. The position is full-time, working remotely. You’ll join the EMEA regional team to support our growth strategy.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, digital-savvy Associate Marketing Specialist to support our Field Marketing team in the execution of integrated campaigns across priority industries. This is an ideal role for a modern marketer with 1 - 3 years of experience, ideally in the B2B tech space, with exposure to campaign coordination, digital channels, and ABM as a bonus.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and regional marketers to deliver high-impact programs, supporting ABM efforts, digital execution, campaign coordination and operations. If you’re highly organised, data-aware, and ready to build campaign experience, this is your opportunity.
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams, and applying digital know-how to drive meaningful results. You’ll have experience supporting marketing campaigns, preferably with some exposure to account-based strategies, marketing automation tools, and event planning. You understand what it takes to deliver great customer and prospect experiences.
To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
1 - 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or finance/ERP industries
Experience with digital tactics including paid media, email, webinars and content syndication
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce)
Understanding of ABM methodologies, campaign orchestration, and customer segmentation
Strong campaign planning and project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a focus on data and performance tracking
