Role Overview Reporting directly to the Director of Global Media and Europe Marketing & Communications (M&C), the M&C Associate will work in partnership with the Global M&C team to focus on the planning and delivery of our comprehensive events program. The M&C Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives, including brand visibility and capital raise, through the development and execution of integrated event campaigns. This includes management of key logistical and administrative functions. This position requires strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with M&C colleagues in areas such as website/microsite design, client email campaigns, content creation and social media.

Equally, success in this role requires experience in establishing close working relationships with stakeholders across the business to become a trusted partner. Stakeholders include Global M&C, Investor Relations, Fund Management, Research & Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Legal and Compliance teams.

Role and Accountabilities:

Event Management

Develop and execute a strategic events program aligned with LaSalle's business objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and create LaSalle-owned events to increase engagement with targeted audiences.

Assess and organize sponsorship of key industry events, evaluating new opportunities for higher-impact brand recognition and strengthening existing partnerships with priority media outlets and industry bodies.

Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person events such as conferences, seminars and webinars.

Own event schedules and campaign plans, budgets, invoice management, vendor selection, venue selection and catering.

Project manage event promotion, including invitations, microsites, registration pages, email campaigns and social media activity, in collaboration with the M&C team.

Assist M&C leads with event agenda development.

Manage LaSalle delegations, ensuring internal colleagues are aligned on deliverables, keep to deadlines and aware of logistical information.

Brand Activation

Collaborate with the M&C team in the creation and distribution of brand content, including speaker presentations, brochures and advertisements.

Work closely with M&C colleagues on website/microsite development, ensuring event information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinate branded merchandise, signage, lightboxes, banners, name badges and menus.

Client Experience

Ensure clients receive a seamless and enjoyable experience from their interaction with LaSalle.

Capture client insights and feedback, using qualitative and quantitative evidence to support future decision-making and creating tailored event experiences that align with client expectations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

4+ years’ experience in event management, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry.

A confident, self-starter with an ability to drive events through to completion, adhering to budgets and deadlines.

Experience in project management and actively collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Proficiency in event management software and familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Effective communication and influencing skills, and high attention to detail.

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel occasionally, as required.
