Responsibilities
  1. Develop relationships with hotel partners or their account team.
  2. Attend regular meetings at partner hotels to understand needs and expectations.
  3. Assist in creating opportunities (e.g., progress meetings, fact-finding/exploratory meetings) to build hotel partners' accounts.
  4. Develop understanding of hotel partners' business issues.
  5. Recommend products, services, and insights that meet hotel partners' needs.
  6. Complete basic account plans outlining tactics to acquire and/or maintain business.
  7. Understand the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its hotel partners.
  8. Assist in conducting straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutions and implications of not reaching an agreement.
  9. Identify key stakeholders involved in decision-making for the account.
  10. Build a working knowledge of products, technologies, and offerings within scope of responsibility.
  11. Develop a broad understanding of competitors’ standard products and services.
  12. Understand the value and application of products, technologies, and offerings.
  13. Maintain ongoing relationships with colleagues and external hotel partners, emphasizing rapport development.
  14. Learn about hotel partners' key leaders/decision makers using internal CRM systems.
  15. Develop a basic understanding of hotel partners' industry and competitive market, utilizing company tools for market insights.
