Overview

Associate / Managing Associate – Finance Disputes (Manchester)

We’re working with a leading national firm looking to strengthen their Finance Disputes team with an additional hire at Associate - Managing Associate level in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to join a team at the forefront of complex financial litigation, acting for major banks, lenders, finance providers, insolvency practitioners and private equity clients.

The Work

You can expect a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

  • Multi-million-pound fraud and misrepresentation claims
  • Urgent injunctions, asset recovery and cross-border enforcement
  • High-profile finance litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court
  • Large-scale recoveries work for banks and commercial finance providers
  • Insolvency disputes, guarantor actions and defended proceedings
  • Pre-action advice and alternative dispute resolution to achieve early settlement
  • Regulatory and reputational matters (FCA, FSCS, FOS)
