Key Responsibilities

• Monitor loan performance for a portfolio of approximately 10-15 loans, each averaging €150M.
• Oversee contractual obligations, covenants, collaterals, rent rolls, insurance, KYC, financial statements, valuations, business plans, ESG data, and loan waterfalls.
• Support loan closings by reviewing documentation, liaising with investors, coordinating disbursements, and advising on payment instructions.
• Manage construction loans by tracking budgets, organizing capital calls, reviewing construction progress, and ensuring disbursements.
• Handle post-closing activities including filing documents, monitoring conditions, and supporting loan repayment processes.
• Act as Facility and Security Agent when required.
• Coordinate operationally with internal teams and external counterparts such as clients, agents, valuers, investors, trustees, legal advisors, and project monitors.
• Prepare regular loan reviews, update ratings, performance metrics, and ESG summaries.
• Contribute to quarterly investor reports and annual ESG disclosures, participating in portfolio reviews.
• Participate in asset visits and maintain up-to-date cash flow and reporting systems.
• Engage in tax topics like withholding tax, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
• Participate in team calls and back up colleagues as needed.

Key Requirements

• Degree in real estate, banking, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and report effectively.
• Strong team orientation and attention to detail.
