Job description

An efficient and clinically adept dental practice is looking for a dynamicAssociate / Locum Dentistto join their growing teamclose to Kettering!

This practice places importance on day-to-day efficiency, high-quality patient care and listening and supporting their clinicians.

About the position (Associate):

• Full-time/Part-time availability – can be suited around your dental diary
• £14-£14.50 per UDA
• 1,000 UDA’s per working day per annum – paid on UDA’s completed, no clawback!
• 50% split on private treatment
• Keen to support special interest Dentistry to generate additional private earnings
• Modern clinic, recently refurbished – Purpose built practice
• Big uptake in Cosmetic Dentistry – high earnings to be made!
• Stable diaries with strong oral health
• Immediate start available

About the position (Locum):

• £450 Locum day rate (2-3 days available)
• £16-£17 per UDA on over and under achievement
• Around 25 UDA’s booked per day worked
• ASAP and ongoing

Private Potential:

• Can actively demonstrate the pro-active approach and success in conversion
• Denplan and Fee Per Item Patients
• £60,000 within Implants made from Consults generated from ONE open day alone
• A minimum of £340,000 generated in private within one year at this practice – continuing to grow month-on-month

About the Practice

• Situated in a newly refurbished facility - Led by an experienced and engaging Practice Manager
• Hygienist support
• Implantologist within clinic – potential for mentoring within this field
• Specialist equipment which will be readily available for all clinicians – including a Cerac Machine
• CBCT and Itero Scanner
• Positive feedback from both previous and existing Associates at the practice
