A well-established dental practice near Southampton is inviting applications for an Associate or Locum Dentist.

About the Associate Role:

• £14 per UDA, 1000 UDAs available
• 45% split on private work
• 2 days per week available
• Fully booked diaries from day one – stable and high-earning income
• High private uptake – exceptional patient demand for private treatments
• CPD and career development opportunities
• £££ in Cosmetic and Invisalign treatments

About the Locum Role:

• £15 per UDA or £450 day rate
• 50% split on all private work completed
• No NHS lab fees
• 2 days per week available – ASAP and ongoing

About the Practice:

• Mid-sized modern practice, with spacious surgeries and exceptional management support
• Strong day-to-day clinical efficiency and loyal patients – strong oral health
• Windows available in all surgeries
• Fully equipped with Dentally system, Digital X-rays, Rotary endo, and iTero Scanner
• Managed by a dedicated Practice Manager and Pro-active Area Manager who ensures tailored support for clinicians
• Encourages clinical freedom
