Be the lead professionalfor the quality of provision in Maths.
Determine the strategic developmentof Maths provision in the school.
Work with the SLTand staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Share responsibility for senior leadershipand management of the Academy ensuring continual improvement and highquality engaging and fulfilling cognitive education for all students.
Develop an ethos of high expectationsfor staff and students through the leadership of Maths to further improve student outcomes.
