Associate Landscape Architect Job in Newcastle

An opportunity is now available for an Associate Landscape Architect to join a UK-wide multidisciplinary landscape design consultancy. This opportunity puts you at the heart of delivering sustainable, design-led Education, Mixed-use, BTR and Residential projects.

The Company works on a variety of projects, and is known for its collaborative ethos and strong client relationships. This is a rare opportunity to lead your own projects, develop business, and mentor a successful and growing office.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Take the lead as Project Manager on landscape projects across the UK
  • Build client relationships and represent the practice in BD and networking events
  • Drive design quality and innovation through internal reviews and CPD involvement
  • Support the Regional Director in resourcing, design reviews and team growth
  • Oversee project delivery from concept through to construction, managing teams and mentoring juniors

Required Skills & Experience
  • Chartered Landscape Architect with 7+ years' experience
  • Technical delivery experience across all RIBA stages
  • A collaborative approach to leading teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning and construction processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office; Revit, CMAP, and BIM experience is a bonus
