Associate Landscape Architect

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Landscape Architect to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to take the lead on a range of exciting projects, from urban regeneration and public spaces to infrastructure and environmental improvements. You'll play a key role in project leadership, working closely with clients and mentoring junior team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Leading the design and delivery of top-quality landscape projects from start to finish
2. Providing creative and strategic input on public spaces, infrastructure, and environmental projects
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
4. Preparing and presenting design proposals, reports, and technical drawings
5. Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track
6. Supporting and mentoring junior team members
7. Ensuring sustainability is at the heart of our designs

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

1. A degree in Landscape Architecture
2. Chartered Membership with the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
3. Solid experience leading landscape architecture projects across different sectors
4. Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS
5. A good understanding of UK planning and environmental policies
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills
7. The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
