Join us and:

  • Work in a company where the main product is an award-winning platform that processes billions of dollars every day.
  • Be on a team that’s responsible for company-wide top-priority projects.
  • Improve yourself and your team through education and continuous learning.

How do we work?

In a Corporate IT Team we are responsible for providing support to users through various communications such as Slack, email, remote support or desk-side as required. We are performing initial L1/L2 problem analysis and triage, and escalate systemic problems to other teams when necessary.

Our global department is divided into teams working from Cracow, Warsaw, London, Singapore and Toronto offices. This role is based in London and you will work in a hybrid model - we would love to see you at the office twice a week if it is needed. You'll be working alongside other specialists supporting 500+ employees both on-site and globally, leveraging our Atlassian ticketing system to ensure we are measuring and meeting our service desk KPls.

In this role, you will:

  • Support various applications (such as Google Workspace, Active Directory, Slack, Office365, VPN).
  • Take responsibility for our new employee's first-day experience, and collaborate with HR by owning the onboarding and offboarding of users.
  • Manage user access to internal and external tools.
  • Track IT Assets.
  • Work with hardware installations, configurations and setup of computer systems (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS) while following and improving current processes and procedures.
  • Build and deliver comprehensive IT training programs for employees, assist in on-the-job training personnel when required and create a library of IT knowledge for the team use in Confluence.
  • Create automations to improve consistency across the team, and to enable end-users through self-service models.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

  • 0-1 years of experience in the IT field.
  • Very good English.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in a professional service environment (technical and non technical) with the ability to break down and solve problems.
  • Being up-to-date with latest technology trends.
  • General interest in IT.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace Apps and Active Directory (but we'll teach you what's needed).
  • Basic concepts of PowerShell or other scripting language.
