Role Description

This position sits within Bank of Americas Telecom, Media and Technology Investment Banking team based in London. As an Associate in the TMT team, you will participate in the full cycle of transaction execution including idea generation, preparation of client materials, reviewing and creating financial analysis. As an Associate you will gain significant exposure to the Tech, Media and Telecoms sector working with clients across EMEA, senior bankers, peers and expand your analytical and communications capabilities.

Responsibilities

Project management in live M&A transactions across the EMEA region

Financial analysis including valuation, benchmarking and merger modelling

Preparation of management and board materials, information memos and other transaction documents in close cooperation with our clients

Building relationships with colleagues across product, sector and regional teams including close co-ordination with our US and Asian colleagues

Supporting due diligence and deal documentation

Research on the industry and companies as well as supporting idea generation

Day to day coordination of junior execution team
