The Associate Inventory Planner will support the team in updating an Inventory Plan to the 18-month horizon as part of the Integrated Business planning cycle; with focus on maximizing revenue, and margin and reducing Inventory risk. The role will support accurate business reporting and maintenance of systems, and business tools.

Role Duties:

  • Update business tools, and reports as part of monthly business planning cycle.
  • Engage with target inventory levels and key planning KPIs
  • Produce and distribute inventory reports to the business to support Sales and Finance processes – ATP; Close Out; Aged
  • Seasonal product set up, and maintenance of inventory classifications, product lifecycle, and other system parameters
  • Complete size level planning, and size curve analysis for monthly Buy process
  • Create, and load size level purchase orders
  • Monitor size curves and minimise orders not covered
  • Support EXF planning, and EXF phasing review
  • Review of EXF/ETA proposals, and changes
  • Support target inventory levels by prioritizing and rescheduling PO's inline with changes in demand or supply
  • Monitor order book fulfillment, and demand coverage and support communication to the business
  • Assist distribution centre planning and prioritisation
  • Support on-time of backlog and replenishment opportunity
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
