Base pay range

Lead the design of spaces that set the tone for modern hospitality, working with a global, collaborative and creatively ambitious team.

Position

This is an opportunity to take a leading role within an internationally recognised design practice, overseeing the creative delivery of hospitality and lifestyle projects. As an Associate Designer, you will set the design direction and make sure every project, from concept to completion, holds a clear and well-defined vision. Working closely with senior leadership, you will balance creative ambition with strong project management, supporting both design quality and the commercial success of each commission. Your contribution will be central to the studio’s aim to create spaces that capture attention, connect with people, and leave a lasting impression.

Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of interior architecture and broad experience across hotel, F&B, spa, and large-scale hospitality design. You enjoy leading projects that combine creativity with solid technical delivery, guiding talented teams and maintaining positive, long-term client relationships. Strategic and thoughtful, you can see the wider viewpoint while staying focused on detail. Your leadership style is open and encouraging, helping to build a team environment driven by curiosity, ambition, and shared goals. Most importantly, you care about creating design that not only looks impressive, but genuinely resonates with the people who experience it.

Studio

This award-winning studio offers a friendly, collaborative and relaxed working environment, with a mix of office days and flexible working to support balance and productivity. The team hosts regular creative events, CPDs and social activities that bring people together away from the desk, alongside weekly breakfasts, fresh fruit deliveries and Friday drinks. Benefits include private medical insurance, a cycle-to-work programme, childcare support through the workplace nursery benefit and many other perks. It is a sociable and multicultural place to work, with a strong focus on people, learning and a positive day-to-day experience.
