Walkers is a leading international law and professional services firm with a Bermuda office. The Associate will advise on cross-border contentious insolvency, creditor and shareholder remedies, and general commercial litigation, including Bermuda trust disputes.
You will operate as a technical resource to international clients, help develop relationships, and support partners on operational matters. A Bermuda-qualified lawyer with 3–4 years PQE is required.

The Associate will advise on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution with particular emphasis on contentious insolvency, creditor and shareholder remedies, general commercial litigation, and contentious trust litigation.
