Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Level 2) to join our team in Hinckley, UK.

The Inside Sales Representative role is to develop existing and attain new business by maintaining customer relationships. The individual should attain or exceed quarterly/annual sales revenue and margin goals by maintaining the highest quality and service standard

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quotations for stock and non-stock items (may include sourcing and spreadsheet process with Purchasing), for contract, quote entry and follow-up of quoted items with the customer via the ERP-system or e-mails

  • Supports Accounts Receivable with cash collection

  • Maintain a professional yet personalized relationship and ownership of the assigned customers. Grow existing customers by ensuring excellence in service and on-time responses

  • Onboard new customers and maintain the customer requirements including the customer master data in the ERP-system

  • Drive revenue and profit to meet the quarterly and annually business KPIs

  • Collaborates with Purchasing on non-stock item requirements

  • Occasionally visit customers in cooperation with the Sales Manager

  • Supports campaign and contract proposals

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2-4 years of related work experience

  • Must be able to communicate and interact with all levels of management

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 10-20%)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Education:Associate degree,preferred. Oran equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job-training, or work experience

  • Applicable sales or supply chain experience, working with specific products and airlines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the UK.
